Luncheon for Homeless Veterans

Luncheons are served each month for veterans in need.  Will you donate food items for weekend meals, such as those listed below, or $10 or $15 Gift Cards from local stores, such as Dollar General,  Dollar Store, or Wal-Mart? Gift Card drawings are held at the Luncheon and provide a dignified way for Veterans to purchase essential personal items. The drawings are enjoyed by the Veterans and provide fun at the luncheon.  We strive to have a gift card for each Veteran.

Luncheon on Oct 20 will be a patio picnic with chicken and tuna sandwiches, side and beverages and Ditty Bags of food for weekend meals donated by caring citizens like you. If you are a member of a Church, Organization, or Group, please consider hosting food and gift cards collections.

What to donate:  Non-perishable, individual servings of prepackaged or canned items with pop-top tabs, such as Vienna Sausage, Beanie-Weenies, beef jerky, sardines, tuna, granola, cereal and power bars, fruit cups, cheese & peanut butter crackers, cookies, snack packs, peanuts, or similar items and $10 or $15 Gift Cards.
