One-fourth or more of U.S. troops in America and overseas are struggling to feed their families due to inflation and low pay. It is especially difficult for those serving overseas. Warriors Food Pantries have been opened at some U.S. overseas bases for the community to provide food.
Camp Humphreys is the latest overseas base to establish a food pantry for troops. This Army Garrison in South Korea is the largest overseas U.S. base with approximately 28,000 military and families and this number can be expected to grow as tensions in the area escalate. Camp Humphreys is 60 miles from the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) that divides North and South Korea.
We are all struggling with out-of-control inflation but those serving our country overseas are struggling more than we are. Please pray for our troops and if you can donate, click HERE to donate online. Earmark your donation “Warriors Pantry”. Mail checks to We Can Be Heroes Foundation, 14286-19 Beach Blvd., #120, Jacksonville, FL 32250 – enter “Warriors Pantry” in the memo space.
We Can Be Heroes Foundation worked with the Camp Humphreys Ready and Resilient (R2) Integrator, the NE Florida Korean War Veterans Chapter, and the FL Congressional District 5 staff, to establish an approved donation process for the South Korea Warriors Pantry at Camp Humphreys.
A Thank You from Camp Humphreys Ready & Resilient Integrator states: “On behalf of our Warrior Food Pantry Team, let me again say a gigantic THANK YOU to the We Can Be Heroes Foundation! Your donations have touched the hearts and stomachs of so many US military families serving here in South Korea. We would not be able to keep the doors of the Pantry open without generous donations from organizations like yours. Thank you again for reaching halfway around the world to support our service members and families in need!”

We Can Be Heroes Foundation is also raising money for other overseas Pantries at Marine bases in Japan and elsewhere for U. S. troops struggling to feed and provide essential items for their families.
May God protect the United States Armed Forces and their families. Inspiring the unsung hero in all us to achieve more.
