Stars and Strips News reported that Camp Humphreys, South Korea, the largest U.S. overseas military base, opened a community food pantry for troops struggling to feed their families. The South Korean community is rallying to assist our troops by donating to the Pantry. Click here to read more about the Pantry.

We were shocked to learn that overseas U. S. troops and families are suffering from hunger issues and lack of essential goods.  This is appalling!  Please join us in assisting our overseas military and their families.

We Can Be Heroes, in cooperation with the Camp Humphrey Warrior Food Pantry Coordinator and the Northeast Florida Korean War Veterans and Korean Defense Veterans Chapter 200, is requesting you consider donating to the Pantries serving our overseas troops. Please click here to donate and earmark your donation “Military Pantry.” Mail your check to We Can Be Heroes Foundation, 14286-19 Beach Blvd., #120, Jacksonville, FL 32250, and enter “Military Pantry” in the memo section of your check.

FYI: Click here to read the December 2023 Stars and Stripes article on U. S. military troop levels in South Korea in the defense budget proposal.

We Can Be Heroes Foundation is also raising money for other overseas Pantries at Marine bases in Japan and elsewhere for U. S. troops struggling to feed and provide essential items for their families.

May God bless and protect the United States Armed Forces and their families.

Inspiring the unsung hero in all us to achieve more.
