Luncheons for Homeless Veterans

Luncheons are served each month for veterans in need. Will you donate food items for weekend meals, such as those listed below, or $15 Gift Cards from local stores, such as Dollar General, AppleBees, or Wal-Mart Stores? Gift Card drawings are held at the Luncheon and provide a dignified way for Veterans to purchase essential personal items. The drawings are enjoyed by the Veterans and provide fun at the luncheon. We strive to have a gift card for each Veteran.
Luncheons include Sub sandwiches, side and beverages from Angie Subs of Jacksonville Beach, and Ditty Bags of food for weekend meals donated by caring citizens like you. If you are a member of a Church, Organization, or Group, please consider hosting food and gift cards collections.
What to donate: Non-perishable, individual servings of prepackaged or canned items with pop-top tabs, such as Vienna Sausage, Beanie-Weenies, beef jerky, sardines, tuna, granola, cereal and power bars, fruit cups, cheese & peanut butter crackers, cookies, snack packs, peanuts, or similar items and $15 Gift Cards.
