Multiple news sources spoke with Veterans and Young Marines at the Pearl Harbor Remembrance hosted by the WE CAN BE HEROES FOUNDATION. These heroes take an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all foreign and domestic enemies. Their interviews and stories reflect their devotion and loyalty to this oath that made our country great. Watch and read these heroes’ stories below:

Later in the program, Young Marine Vernon led the audience and Young Marines in the Graduation Ceremony of Young Marine Palase Randall. Vernon explained the tradition, protocol and hard work leading to a Young Marine graduation ceremony.

Young Marine Vernon is being considered for Division Young Marine of the Year.
