Jacksonville’s Big Breakfast with Our Heroes
Unforgettable Celebration of March Military Birthdays

JACKSONVILLE) – The celebration of Navy Reserve, Vietnam Veterans, Navy Seabees, and K9 Veterans March birthdays will be long remembered by attendees.  A big breakfast buffet, music, patriotic program, interesting speakers, and raffles was enjoyed by the crowd.

Veterans Remember Service to Others was presented by Keynote Speaker Retired Navy Captain Ryman Shoaf.  Dr. James Wersal briefed attendees on vehicle driving patterns research.  The Let Freedom Sing Chorus performed beautiful patriotic music.   

World War II, Korean and Vietnam Veterans, Gold Star Families, K9s for Warriors, the Atlantic Coast Young Marines. 20 Exhibitors and Veterans from all services joined in the celebration.

“My wife, Shirley, and I enjoyed everything.”  World War II Veteran Bob Hall said, “The presentations, atmosphere, exhibitors, and crowd made us feel welcome and proud.”

The celebration was hosted by the We Can Be Heroes Foundation and Evangel Temple Veterans for Christ at the large Evangel Temple Family Life Center.
